A Natural Addition to your Shelves

Wild Cornwall is a small-batch food producer based on the Trelonk estate in Cornwall, creating a range of table sauces, hot sauces, preserves, infused oils, and vinegars.

The range is designed for farm/gift shops, delis, and food halls, looking to offer something distinctive with a strong emphasis on flavour, provenance, and ingredient integrity.

Addressing these issues is crucial for both consumer well-being and the overall health of the nation, and our reconnection with nature via NATURAL REAL foods.

  • Strong shelf presence and unique flavour combinations

  • Inspired by foraging and the Cornish landscape

  • Gluten-free across the range

  • SALSA accredited production

  • Free from refined sugar, seed oils, and grain free

  • Great Taste Award-winning products

Behind the Brand

Wild Cornwall is led day-to-day by Sonia, who oversees product development and production.

Having taken on and refined the brand’s direction, she has developed the current range with a focus on flavour, consistency, and high production standards.

Production is supported by a small team, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.

For me, it was a straightforward decision. Wild Cornwall makes a brilliant product and when something is this good and made right here on our doorstep, you use it.

At The Headland, we talk a lot about championing Cornish produce but it has to mean something. It can't just be a line on a menu. When I put Wild Cornwall's red and brown sauce on the table. Every morning, I'm backing a local maker whose values I genuinely respect.

We also can’t sacrifice quality with the suppliers we use but fortunately for us, guests love the sauces and we often get comments during breakfast praising them. There's real craft in what they do and that matters in a five-star kitchen.

Supporting local also sits at the heart of our sustainability ethos. Fewer miles, real provenance, a stronger Cornish food community. That's not a trend for us, it's just how we do things.
